1. Monitor and support the Marketing teams in budget construction and tracking during monthly closings and budget periods.
2. Manage the overall profitability of Sephora Collection's Marketing investments.
3. Support operational projects aligned with Sephora Collection's strategic priorities.
4. Contribute to the cross-functional efficiency of the FP&A team and promote financial literacy within operational teams.

1. Master's degree in management control or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in Management Control, preferably in a Marketing or Retail context.

1. Proficiency in SAP FI-CO / SAP 4-Hana and Excel.
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Team-oriented with a strong sense of service and reliability.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Management Control, ideally within a Marketing and/or Retail environment.

Master's degree in management control or equivalent.
