Sephora Junior Demand Planning Analyst

- Define sales and purchase forecasts for supplier products by category channel, optimizing stock levels and availability using merchandising strategies.
- Ensure efficient store replenishment with minimal stockouts and adjust demand forecasts accordingly.
- Review and adjust monthly forecasts, evaluating the impact of unexpected events.
- Ensure global forecasts align with market trends and seasonality.
- Conduct monthly meetings with suppliers and merchandising to define and adjust brand strategies.
- Develop end-of-brand, collection, and overstock strategies.
- Adjust future forecasts in planning tools according to demand predictions.
- Address forecast alerts and stockouts in planning and replenishment tools.
- Analyze promotional impacts on forecasts and ensure necessary sales increases for upcoming events.
- Analyze and validate sales and stock requirements for commercial operations.
- Issue weekly purchase orders based on stock needs and coverage.
- Collect and integrate forecasts for new products, validate reference products, and ensure parameter updates.
- Challenge new product forecasts from merchandising based on systemic calculations.
- Review forecasts versus sales for new products to detect performance discrepancies and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage new product stockouts (reduce initial quantities, delay launch dates).
- Address new product alerts in planning and replenishment tools.
- Prepare and participate in monthly sales review meetings with the merchandising team.
- Provide sellout forecasts to suppliers and brands in monthly meetings.
- Support store teams and suppliers with replenishment information for stores and online.
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Experience in planning and replenishment (knowledge of supply and purchasing concepts and commercial KPIs such as turnover, coverage, stock, safety stock, fill rate, and stockouts)
- Retail experience is an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Forecasting and demand planning
- Analytical skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Collaboration and teamwork
Minimum of 3 years in planning and replenishment roles, with a preference for retail experience.
Bachelor's degree
