Sephora IT Marketing & Activation Manager

- Define and guarantee the technical architecture for Marketing Automation (Adobe Campaign V8), DAM/CMS (AEM) for CRM and Voice-of-the-Customer tooling within Sephora’s IT ecosystem.
- Ensure delivery quality across teams by enforcing adherence to plans, technical-functional specifications and security standards.
- Provide technical support and governance input to Product, Testing Factory, business stakeholders and testing teams.
- Define and enforce data integrity policies for marketing platforms and supervise secure data integration.
- Ensure technical performance of marketing campaigns, including sending throughput, deliverability and data pipelines.
- Establish and maintain capacity planning aligned with the Sephora roadmap and projected workloads.
- Manage budget for the scope and ensure financial compliance.
- Monitor application performance and oversee operational deployment with Digital Ops and L3 Product support.
- Manage vendor relationships, challenge vendor roadmaps and ensure quality of vendor support.
- Promote continuous technological watch and introduce innovative solutions; drive automation of technical processes (CI/CD, automated code quality and unit tests).
- Contribute to discovery and high-level estimation for new initiatives and ensure necessary technical documentation is produced.
- Participate in recruitment and team composition to anticipate ramp-up and transmit development best practices to delivery teams.
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience with a strong background in marketing automation, CRM and platform delivery.
- Proven track record managing transformation programs for Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement Platforms.
- Technical expertise in CRM, marketing automation architectures and data integration patterns.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships for third-party platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership in animating and leading product or delivery teams.
- Proficiency working in agile environments, preferably SAFe.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving and effective stakeholder management.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT delivery for marketing/CRM platforms, including leading marketing automation and customer engagement platform transformations and managing cross-functional product teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
