Sephora IT Domain Manager, Loyalty & Promotions

- Define and govern the technical architecture for omnichannel Loyalty and Promotion solutions (Digital and Retail), ensuring alignment with Sephora's IT ecosystem and GDPR requirements.
- Ensure delivery quality by validating technical-functional specifications, adherence to planning, security constraints and production readiness.
- Lead the technical migration and performance optimization of loyalty data to the Maxxing platform and supervise ongoing monitoring in Digital and Retail contexts.
- Own capacity planning and budget management for the Loyalty & Promotions domain, aligning resources to the Sephora roadmap and anticipated workloads.
- Manage the relationship with the Maxxing vendor, challenge their roadmap and support quality, and coordinate with Digital Ops and L3 Product for run operations.
- Drive automation of technical processes (high-frequency releases, automated code-quality checks, automated unit tests) and enforce development best practices and security policies.
- Contribute to discovery phases and high-level estimations for new initiatives, maintain technical documentation and perform active technology watch to promote innovation.
- Provide technical support to CRM Product, Testing Factory, Governance and Business teams, and mentor/participate in recruitment to anticipate team ramp-up.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT with demonstrated responsibility for loyalty/platform transformations or comparable programs.
- Proven expertise in loyalty and promotions solutions, including platform migrations and performance optimisation (experience with Maxxing is an advantage).
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with prior experience leading product or cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience managing budgets and third‑party vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (SAFe) and a proactive, innovation-oriented mindset.

Minimum 10 years in IT roles with progressive responsibility; prior leadership of loyalty program transformations, platform migrations (preferably Maxxing), budget ownership and vendor governance is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
