1. Ensure the efficient receipt of merchandise.
2. Facilitate the transfer of products between stores.
3. Manage the return process of merchandise to the distribution center.
4. Conduct inventory audits and maintain FEFO stock organization.
5. Maintain store upkeep and address any maintenance needs.
6. Handle damaged and expired products in accordance with company policy.
7. Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
8. Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information.
9. Participate in operations meetings for alignment and updates.
10. Uphold cleanliness and organization standards across all areas.
11. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures.
12. Ensure safety and organization standards in backstage areas.
13. Communicate stock issues to supervisors or store managers.
14. Follow LVMH Group's code of ethics and conduct.

1. Previous experience as an inventory specialist is desirable.
2. Experience in administrative roles is advantageous.

1. Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of merchandise receiving systems is preferred.
4. Strong organizational skills and proactivity.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management or related fields.

High school diploma or equivalent.
