1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Ensure certification in the safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders using equipment and manually as required by management.
4. Adhere to safety, production, and service level standards.
5. Utilize RF terminals to support inventory control procedures.
6. Comply with OSHA and company safety regulations, including proper work attire.
7. Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to work designated shifts and overtime.
8. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
9. Cross-train in other job classifications as needed.
10. Assist maintenance projects requiring equipment support.

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.

1. Strong motor coordination skills for safe equipment operation.
2. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
3. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Capability to obtain necessary DOT certifications.

Beginner level experience required, with a preference for previous equipment operation in a warehouse setting.

Starting base pay is $18.25-$19.55/hr, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
