Sephora Inventory Control Associate

1. Perform inventory control activities including overflow and cycle counts.
2. Research missing products for orders and handle damaged products per company/vendor agreements.
3. Respond to inquiries from co-workers regarding product location and status.
4. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure quality standards are met.
5. Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
6. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
7. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
8. Maintain area per established company standard operating procedures.
9. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations.
10. Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
11. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
12. Work flexible schedules and adhere to shift and overtime requirements.
13. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with WMS software or menu-driven applications.
2. Understanding of warehouse layout or ability to learn layout.
3. Ability to operate RF terminals for product tracking.
4. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
5. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
6. Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
7. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00 - $19.25/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
