Sephora Inventory Control Associate

1. Perform inventory control activities such as overflow and cycle counts.
2. Research missing products for orders and handle damaged products according to company/vendor agreements.
3. Respond to inquiries from co-workers regarding product location and status.
4. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure adherence to quality standards.
5. Execute slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
6. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
7. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
8. Maintain area cleanliness and organization according to company SOPs.
9. Follow all safety rules and report violations to supervisory personnel.
10. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
11. Ensure regular attendance and flexibility in work schedule, including overtime as needed.
12. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.

1. Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with WMS software or menu-driven applications.
2. Understanding of warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly.
3. Ability to operate RF terminals for product tracking.
4. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
5. Effective multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Capacity to work independently and with attention to detail.
7. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00 - $19.25 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
