1. Support Category Managers in brand management.
2. Oversee product offerings, including assortment analysis, performance evaluation, and planogram monitoring.
3. Coordinate the launch of new products, including referencing and forecasting processes.
4. Develop and implement 360° marketing plans for brand launches, encompassing media, training, e-commerce, and CRM.
5. Assist with cross-functional projects related to store offerings or promotions.
6. Analyze performance metrics for the store, brands, segments, and new products to develop action plans for achieving objectives.
7. Facilitate communication with brands and European countries.

1. Current student in a business school or equivalent university program (M1 or M2).

1. Strong interpersonal skills.
2. Organizational and analytical abilities.
3. Familiarity with the beauty market and e-commerce.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluency in English and French.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in a relevant field.
