1. Support Category Managers in brand management.
2. Oversee product offerings, including assortment analysis, performance evaluation, and planogram tracking.
3. Coordinate the launch of new products, including referencing processes and forecasting.
4. Develop and implement 360° marketing plans for brand launches, encompassing animations, media, training, services, e-commerce, and CRM.
5. Assist in cross-functional projects related to brand offerings or animations.
6. Analyze performance metrics of the brand, segments, and new products to develop action plans to achieve objectives.
7. Facilitate communication with brands and European markets.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program (M1 or M2).

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in organizational and analytical tasks.
3. Familiarity with the beauty market and e-commerce.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluency in English and French.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in the beauty industry and e-commerce is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
