1. Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
2. Enhance store performance by fostering strong customer engagement and providing personalized product recommendations.
3. Support team success through continuous feedback and development to improve performance.
4. Facilitate training and development in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
5. Assist in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to store standards.
6. Promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture where everyone feels empowered.
7. Ensure availability during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Minimum of two years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
2. Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve objectives.
3. Strong sales and customer service skills.
4. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 22.7 kg.

Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a leadership role within retail, hospitality, or service industries.

Compensation ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour, with performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
