Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store performance for Store Operations, Beauty Services or the sales floor (Stage), ensuring commercial objectives are met.
- Coach, develop and motivate Leads, Advisors and Consultants through consistent feedback, training and performance management.
- Deliver and facilitate onboarding and selling-model training sessions for new and existing Beauty Advisors.
- Serve regularly as the Client Experience Lead (CEL), respond to client feedback via Medallia and address service issues promptly.
- Support annual performance reviews, manage performance improvement plans and participate in all people-related decision-making.
- Ensure visual merchandising and sales-floor presentation meet brand standards; manage tester and supply levels and execute visual updates.
- Coordinate with in-store brand representatives to ensure effective product training and provide feedback on training quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail or customer service, or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service metrics; metrics-driven with strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated managerial courage and the ability to deliver difficult feedback while preserving team engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proficiency with Medallia (client feedback) and standard office tools (Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to bend, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds in a retail environment.

Experience
2–4 years of supervisory or management experience in beauty retail or a customer-facing retail environment; proven experience driving sales performance and developing frontline talent.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary studies in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
