1. Implement sales and service experiences that align with Sephora's standards.
2. Support and coach team members, including Coordinators and Beauty Advisors, in selling, service, and operations.
3. Execute client service models and sales strategies to drive customer engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with store standards to maintain a professional environment.
5. Support client loyalty programs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
