1. Administer leave of absence requests and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Support employee benefits administration, including open enrollment and general inquiries.
3. Manage unemployment claims and maintain accurate employee data records.
4. Extract and analyze HR data to generate reports for operational and strategic purposes.
5. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and assist in policy development.
6. Provide general HR support, including employee onboarding, payroll assistance, and internal communications.
7. Conduct audits of HR files and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

1. 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing environment.
2. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems such as Dayforce and SharePoint.

A minimum of two years of relevant Human Resources experience, ideally within a distribution center or manufacturing setting.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $26.56 - $29.60, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
