- Implement the HR strategy within the designated area, collaborating with the zone director to define action plans.
- Monitor HR KPIs, analyze indicators, and develop associated action plans, including succession planning, vacancy management, turnover, absenteeism, and workplace accidents.
- Support store teams in talent development, including potential identification, skill development plans, career paths, mobility, and succession planning.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including needs analysis, profile definition, and integration of new hires.
- Manage HR processes for LVMH group initiatives such as ICR, OMR, and RISE within the zone.
- Lead transversal projects related to the brand's HR policy.
- Advise and support managers on individual and collective labor relations.
- Maintain quality relationships with social partners and external organizations.
- Conduct proximity meetings at the two flagship stores.
- Lead and develop a team of HR Assistants, ensuring their operational growth and development.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Manager in retail.
- Strong managerial and project management skills.
- Proficiency in managing social relations.
