Sephora Human Resources Business Partner

- Serve as the primary HR contact for approximately 200 employees, focusing on employee development and organizational evolution.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee recruitment processes, from identifying needs to final candidate selection.
- Enhance the onboarding process for new hires, including integration seminars and probationary period monitoring.
- Conduct regular career interviews and HR follow-up meetings to ensure employee development and career path creation.
- Support internal mobility and professional development requests, coordinating with other LVMH Group Houses.
- Participate in performance and potential assessments, training managers and ensuring smooth annual and mid-year reviews.
- Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team on salary reviews, promotions, and job mapping.
- Define training needs in collaboration with the Learning & Development team and managers.
- Manage individual employee exit processes, including resignations and dismissals.
- Support managers in daily team management and organizational changes, anticipating HR impacts.
- Propose and manage HR projects related to development, company culture, and work environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Development roles in dynamic environments.
- Fluency in English.
- Autonomous with strong observational, adaptive, and discretion skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Rigorous, proactive, and able to show initiative.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a variety of subjects with multiple stakeholders.
Minimum 5 years in HR Generalist or HR Development roles in dynamic and demanding environments.
