Sephora HRIS & Benefits Administration Specialist

- Provide daily operational support for HR systems and tools, serving as the primary contact for HRIS-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions in collaboration with HRIT and external vendors.
- Manage incidents, requests, and system enhancements using a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Contribute to project teams for the implementation of new HR tools and the enhancement of existing HRIS solutions.
- Participate in user testing, data validation, and system configuration activities.
- Support change management initiatives by developing and maintaining user guides, manuals, FAQs, and other navigation materials for HR systems.
- Communicate system changes and enhancements clearly and effectively to users.
- Coordinate and manage the local benefits and wellbeing portfolio, monitoring and analyzing ROI, employee satisfaction, and utilization.
- Track market trends and best practices in benefits and wellbeing to maintain competitiveness.
- Support the implementation and development of new or existing benefits, including employee communication and documentation.
- Drive wellbeing initiatives and engage employees through the benefits platform.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in Polish with English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new IT systems and tools.
- Strong systems orientation with ease in troubleshooting technology-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical topics clearly and user-friendly.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on internal customer experience.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS and benefits administration or a related field.
Stable employment based on an employment contract through an external company, benefits cafeteria, flexible working hours with occasional home office options, training and upskilling opportunities, and the chance to work with international teams, particularly in France and Czechia.
