1. Support the HR team throughout the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and conducting interviews.
2. Organize and manage administrative HR tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
3. Document and maintain personnel files, sick notes, and contract confirmations with precision.
4. Assist in digitalization and transformational projects within the HR department.

1. Completion of at least the first three semesters of a relevant study program such as business administration, human resources management, or psychology.

1. Initial experience in HR or recruiting.
2. Precise, structured, and independent working style with strong organizational skills.
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong communication skills and fluency in German and English.
5. Team player mentality.

Beginner level experience in HR or recruiting is required.

Currently enrolled in a relevant study program, having completed at least three semesters.
