1. Manage recruitment processes for a dedicated population independently.
2. Participate in launching recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices at headquarters.
3. Assist managers in drafting job descriptions.
4. Publish job offers and source resumes.
5. Conduct interviews.
6. Participate in recruitment events at schools.
7. Ensure an optimal candidate experience.
8. Plan and facilitate onboarding sessions for students.
9. Conduct follow-up meetings with interns and apprentices.
10. Identify high-potential talents.
11. Manage interpersonal relationships and act as the main HR contact for the Campus Headquarters population and their managers.
12. Participate in organizing events for the Campus Headquarters population.
13. Propose employer branding and recruitment actions.
14. Contribute to various HR projects.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or Business School with a specialization in HR.

1. Professional proficiency in English.
2. Strong organizational and autonomous work capabilities.
3. Excellent listening and synthesis skills.
4. Interest in recruitment and operational HR management.

Beginner level experience in HR or related fields.

Master's in Human Resources or Business School specialization in HR.
