- Drive the people strategy across 50+ stores in 5 countries, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Inspire, coach, and develop retail teams to achieve daily excellence.
- Act as a strong ambassador of Sephora’s culture, fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to retail leaders, championing talent attraction, growth, and engagement.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience.
- Partner with HR operations to ensure seamless execution of HR processes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Handle employee relations matters with fairness and discretion.
- Fluency in Arabic with experience in the Middle East retail sector.
- Proven track record in senior HR roles, preferably within retail or fast-paced, multi-country environments.
- Ability to manage large retail networks and align people strategies with commercial priorities.
- Inclusive leadership with a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.
- Hands-on operational leadership with strategic execution capabilities.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience in change management and adaptability in dynamic contexts.
Minimum of 10 years in HR leadership roles, preferably in retail or similar fast-paced environments.
