- Draft employment contracts and amendments.
- Manage employee files in the HRIS tool, including handling contractual changes, salaries, and entries/exits.
- Provide management support for the Mobatime time management tool, including analyses, data verification, and technical support.
- Draft employer attestations and other official administrative documents.
- Draft work certificates and attestations.
- Draft resignation confirmations and dismissal letters.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Manage job openings, including drafting and publishing job postings.
- Participate in the new employee onboarding process.
- Support various HR projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys and employee benefits negotiation.
- Collect and process mail.
- Process orders related to office management.
- Diploma in commercial/business management, preferably in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
- Agility, adaptability, and stress resistance.
- Anticipation and responsiveness.
- Independence and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English, with an intermediate level in German.
Beginner level experience.
Diploma in commercial/business management, preferably in Human Resources.
