1. Collaborate with the Head of HR and Leadership team on people-related matters.
2. Provide comprehensive HR advice to employees within the allocated region.
3. Interpret and draft HR policies, ensuring compliance and clarity.
4. Champion the use of HRIS for efficient data management and reporting.
5. Serve as the first point of contact for employee-related queries.
6. Drive employee communication and engagement initiatives.
7. Ensure accuracy and maintenance of employee-related data.
8. Assist in the delivery and coordination of people-focused initiatives.
9. Support the Head of HR in implementing HR projects.
10. Provide payroll backup support when necessary.
11. Manage WHS claims and act as the Return to Work Coordinator.
12. Conduct reporting on people trends and engagement surveys.

1. 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
2. Proficiency in HRIS data management and reporting systems.
3. Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act and WHS regulations.
4. Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments similar to retail.

1. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards deadlines.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Passion for HR and curiosity about the retail industry.

A minimum of 3 years in a generalist HR role, preferably within a similar fast-paced industry.
