Sephora HR Business Partner, Retail — Southeast

- Act as strategic HR advisor to Regional Directors, District Managers and Store Managers to align people strategies with business objectives and drive regional performance.
- Lead talent management processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions and leadership coaching.
- Manage employee relations matters and investigations, ensuring consistent application of policy, confidentiality and legal compliance.
- Design and execute engagement and retention initiatives to strengthen culture and reduce turnover across the retail network.
- Interpret HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism) and produce data‑driven recommendations and presentations to support decision making.
- Administer leave of absence and accommodation processes and ensure compliance with employment law and company policy.
- Support implementation of cyclical HR programs, training logistics and cross‑functional HR projects that improve operational effectiveness.
- Residence within the Atlanta metropolitan area required (market‑based remote position).
- Proven HR Business Partner or HR generalist experience in retail or multi‑unit environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP).
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence senior leaders and manage sensitive employee relations matters with discretion.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience translating HR metrics into actionable insights and executive presentations.

Progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist, preferably within retail, multi‑unit or field operations; demonstrated track record of partnering with store and district leadership to improve performance and engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
