1. Recruitment of working students and interns for the Düsseldorf headquarters, including advertisement of vacancies, screening, and conducting interviews.
2. Support in HR and training administration.
3. Assist in employer branding initiatives.
4. Animate the internal platform 'We Are Sephora' with diverse posts, news messages, and a quarterly newsletter.
5. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

1. Currently enrolled student who has successfully completed the first three semesters of a relevant study (e.g., Business Administration, HR Management, or Psychology).
2. Initial experience in HR or recruiting.

1. Precise, structured, and independent working style.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Enjoyment of teamwork and strong communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in German and English.

Beginner level experience in HR or recruiting.

Currently enrolled in a relevant study program such as Business Administration, HR Management, or Psychology.
