1. Lead and maintain the occupational risk prevention system in Sephora Spain, ensuring compliance with current regulations and corporate social responsibility policies.
2. Design, develop, adapt, and update all documentation related to the Risk Prevention Management System, including evaluations and emergency plans.
3. Monitor absenteeism, track absences, and collaborate with mutual insurance companies.
4. Manage health-related benefits and facilitate training and information for employees.
5. Plan and execute communication, training, and information actions regarding occupational risk prevention for headquarters and retail employees.
6. Inspect stores to ensure compliance with risk prevention measures.
7. Coordinate business activities through Dokify, managing over 200 registered companies.
8. Manage ethical channel protocols and medical recognitions according to the position (HQ and Retail).
9. Conduct psychosocial risk analyses and define corrective measures when necessary.
10. Manage pregnancy-related benefits and medical limitations.
11. Collaborate on Human Resources projects and other corporate initiatives, ensuring workplace safety and well-being.

1. University degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with specializations in Workplace Safety, Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology (mandatory), and Industrial Hygiene (recommended).
3. 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
4. Intermediate level of English.
5. Familiarity with document management and occupational risk prevention tools.
