Sephora Health and Safety Specialist

- Lead and maintain the occupational risk prevention system in Sephora Spain, ensuring compliance with current regulations and corporate social responsibility policies.
- Design, develop, adapt, and update all documentation related to the Risk Prevention Management System, including evaluations and emergency plans.
- Monitor absenteeism, track absences, and collaborate with mutual insurance companies.
- Manage health-related benefits and facilitate training and information for employees.
- Plan and execute communication, training, and information actions regarding occupational risk prevention for headquarters and retail employees.
- Inspect stores to ensure compliance with risk prevention measures.
- Coordinate business activities through Dokify, managing over 200 registered companies.
- Manage ethical channel protocols and medical recognitions according to the position (HQ and Retail).
- Conduct psychosocial risk analyses and define corrective measures when necessary.
- Manage pregnancy-related benefits and medical limitations.
- Collaborate on Human Resources projects and other corporate initiatives, ensuring workplace safety and well-being.
- University degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with specializations in Workplace Safety, Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology (mandatory), and Industrial Hygiene (recommended).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Familiarity with document management and occupational risk prevention tools.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Organizational skills and results-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and collaborative work abilities.
- Empathy, proactivity, and commitment to employee well-being.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to dynamic environments.
Minimum of 3 years in similar positions.
University degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration, or related fields. Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention is mandatory.
