Sephora Head of Zone Category Management

- Define and implement the omnichannel sell-out strategy for the Sephora Collection across the European region.
- Coordinate with local Category Managers to ensure brand performance in designated markets.
- Oversee the development and profitability of Skincare, Haircare, and Personal Care categories.
- Manage regional product assortments and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with brand and Sephora teams to construct regional 360° plans.
- Ensure timely and complete delivery of forecasted products and samples.
- Recommend investment budgets and oversee the deployment of omnichannel activation plans.
- Provide operational support to markets for flawless execution.
- Monitor country performance on key performance indicators and ensure successful product launches.
- Identify and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Strong customer focus with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis and synthesis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in an international setting.
- Ability to work transversally across teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in category management or a similar role within the beauty or luxury retail industry.
