1. Define and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy for Singapore and Malaysia to enhance brand equity and drive commercial growth.
2. Lead the marketing agenda across brand, commercial, loyalty, and omni-channel marketing, ensuring alignment with regional and global brand directions.
3. Strengthen Sephora’s brand positioning and customer relevance across both mature and growth markets.
4. Drive traffic, conversion, and sales through integrated marketing campaigns across stores, digital platforms, and e-commerce.
5. Collaborate with Commercial, Digital, Retail, and Merchandising teams to support business priorities and trading moments.
6. Utilize data and insights to optimize campaign performance and return on investment.
7. Support regional CRM and loyalty strategies to enhance customer lifetime value, retention, and engagement.
8. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing leadership team across Singapore and Malaysia.
9. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
10. Act as a key marketing partner to leadership and regional stakeholders, ensuring strong planning, execution discipline, and budget management.
