Sephora Head of Marketing

- Define and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy for Singapore and Malaysia to enhance brand equity and drive commercial growth.
- Lead the marketing agenda across brand, commercial, loyalty, and omni-channel marketing, ensuring alignment with regional and global brand directions.
- Strengthen Sephora’s brand positioning and customer relevance across both mature and growth markets.
- Drive traffic, conversion, and sales through integrated marketing campaigns across stores, digital platforms, and e-commerce.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Digital, Retail, and Merchandising teams to support business priorities and trading moments.
- Utilize data and insights to optimize campaign performance and return on investment.
- Support regional CRM and loyalty strategies to enhance customer lifetime value, retention, and engagement.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing leadership team across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a key marketing partner to leadership and regional stakeholders, ensuring strong planning, execution discipline, and budget management.
- Extensive senior marketing leadership experience in retail, beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands.
- Strong omni-channel and commercial marketing expertise.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
