Sephora Head of Business Development

- Participate in defining and implementing the operational marketing strategy and sell-out activation plan for the Americas.
- Co-build sell-out targets with regional teams and monitor weekly sales performance by market, channel, and category.
- Develop the annual investment budget in alignment with business priorities.
- Ensure monthly marketing expenses budget follow-up and manage the invoicing process.
- Lead the co-construction of the 360-degree regional activation plan, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
- Analyze and challenge sales forecasts.
- Maintain elevated brand image and visibility both in-store and online.
- Oversee visual merchandising plans by season and manage the implementation of new fixtures.
- Interface with various Sephora Collection departments such as E-commerce, Education, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Provide operational support to markets, including sampling, gratis plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- Manage and develop team members.
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in key account management, business management, operational marketing, or category management.
- Knowledge of North American and Latin American markets.
- Bilingual in English with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational leadership and rigor.
- Proactive and action-oriented with the ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Media and CRM knowledge appreciated.
- Team spirit, initiative, curiosity, and autonomy.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development or related fields.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
