Sephora Global Tech Solution Delivery Manager, Supply Chain

1. Manage the organization and execution of Supply Chain domain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
2. Oversee service providers and vendors involved in project implementation.
3. Contribute to defining and integrating application architecture solutions within the Sephora ecosystem.
4. Support integration teams on technical solutions and ensure delivery and performance of developed solutions.
5. Assist Sephora’s Business Departments in project ownership of information system initiatives.
6. Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications.
7. Conduct technology watch and research new solutions to meet user needs.

1. Master’s degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university background.
2. At least 8–10 years of experience in a consulting firm, systems integrator, or IT department, preferably in the Retail sector.
3. Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in IT Supply Chain project management in an international context.

1. Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP SD and MM modules.
2. Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
3. Excellent understanding of Supply Chain business processes.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Leadership and organizational skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–4 years in IT Supply Chain project management in an international context.
