Sephora Global Tech Solution Delivery Manager, Merchandising

- Lead and execute IT projects within the Enterprise Solutions Directorate to support Sephora's omnichannel development strategy.
- Standardize product and store references internationally and optimize assortments.
- Implement IT solutions for merchandising to meet the needs of offer and operational marketing departments.
- Conduct studies and implement information system solutions.
- Assist business departments in managing IT project ownership.
- Oversee project organization and execution, including governance, deliverables, and action plan monitoring.
- Validate technical solutions and improvements implemented in projects.
- Contribute to the definition of application architecture and integration within Sephora's ecosystem.
- Ensure knowledge transfer of projects to AMS and Operations teams.
- Provide expert-level support for domain applications.
- Manage vendors and suppliers involved in project implementation.
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in consulting, integration, or IT departments within the retail sector.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proficiency in IT project management standards and methodologies.
- Knowledge of article lifecycle management software (PLM/PIM/MDM) and merchandising performance.
- Functional expertise in SAP MM module is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent listening, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, integration, or IT departments within the retail sector, with at least 2 years in IT project management.
Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
