1. Define and implement strategies for access and authorization management across enterprise solutions.
2. Serve as the expert on SAP roles definition and management.
3. Audit and ensure compliance of solutions to prevent abuses.
4. Develop tools and processes for IT users in both run and project modes.
5. Lead security and access management projects.
6. Collaborate with internal control teams to enhance processes.
7. Define workflows for user access and modification requests.
8. Evaluate new applications for access and authorization management capabilities.
9. Monitor and review inactive users and licenses.

1. Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years as an Access & Authorization Lead in a large international IT environment.
3. Proficiency in SAP authorization management.
4. Fluent in English, both written and oral.
