Sephora Global Talent Manager

- Support the Organization & Management Review (OMR) process by developing guidelines and templates for regions, consolidating and building the Global OMR presentation, and facilitating kick-off and debrief meetings.
- Co-animate regular talent rooms within Sephora to discuss talents and opportunities.
- Continuously update all Global Talent monitoring materials and talent pools.
- Partner with HRIS and HR Data teams to ensure data cleanliness in the central HR system, consolidate strategic talent pools, and monitor and complete individual development and succession plans.
- Support in building the Global HR Strategic plan and Global Budget presentations, as well as consolidating or developing other helpful reports and decks.
- Facilitate best practices sharing between regions and produce the monthly Global HR Newsletter in partnership with local HR executives.
- Manage and update the HR intranet with regular postings and strategic surveillance of HR trends.
- Contribute to HR for HR projects, including HR onboarding and development.
- At least 7 years of experience in HR Project Management, Talent, or Generalist roles in an international setting.
- Fluent in English with basic proficiency in French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe Suite or other content creation software is a plus.
- Ability to interact trustfully and openly with diverse groups, building relationships within and beyond the organization.
- High attention to detail and proactive follow-up.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to make sense of complex or incomplete information.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 7 years in HR Project Management, Talent, or Generalist roles in an international environment.
