Sephora Global Talent Acquisition HRIS Manager

- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition modules within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Support the short-term management and long-term evolution of Talent Acquisition systems.
- Lead the implementation and integration of new Talent Acquisition technology capabilities, including AI-related technologies.
- Ensure the effective functioning of all existing Talent Acquisition technology.
- Partner with Global Talent Acquisition to translate user needs into system improvements.
- Develop system documentation and user guides to support global adoption.
- Lead the technical implementation of specialized modules and integrations.
- Support change management for new technology implementations.
- Act as a global champion and advocate for Talent Acquisition systems and tools.
- Partner with IT, external vendors, and the LVMH Group on system integrations.
- Manage user acceptance testing for new functionalities.
- Collaborate with regional and market teams to ensure technology meets local needs.
- Support executive-level reporting on technology effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of HR/Recruitment systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with Candidate Relationship Management tools.
- Experience or understanding of AI applications in Talent Acquisition.
- Approximately 8 years of experience implementing Global HRIS solutions.
- Fluency in English; French proficiency is a plus.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Problem-solving orientation with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work across global teams.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management, with a focus on Talent Acquisition technologies.
