Sephora Global Supply Chain Project Leader - Data Analytics & Performance

- Structure Supply Chain Performance Management by creating a Global Supply Chain Cockpit Performance and standardizing KPIs and dashboards across the organization.
- Drive KPI alignment implementation across regions and ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance of KPIs.
- Continuously assess and refine KPIs to meet evolving business needs.
- Drive analysis, tracking, and optimization of logistics costs through robust cost breakdown methodologies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and embed financial efficiency within Supply Chain initiatives.
- Develop and improve analytical models to enable data-driven decision-making throughout the Supply Chain.
- Leverage data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to optimize performance monitoring processes.
- Implement and execute a comprehensive roadmap for leveraging data to enhance Supply Chain performance.
- Support the Global Supply Chain team on projects related to data analytics and performance improvement.
- Promote a data-driven culture within business teams in alignment with data governance and strategy.
- Explore and implement AI-based solutions to optimize Supply Chain processes.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Supply Chain management, analytics, and project management in multicultural environments.
- Strong proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, especially Power BI.
- Experience in data governance with high standards of data quality.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of AI applications in Supply Chain is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Business results-driven mindset.
- Very good level of English with international experience recommended.
