Sephora Global Supply Chain Project Leader - Data Analytics & Performance

1. Structure Supply Chain Performance Management by creating a Global Supply Chain Cockpit Performance and standardizing KPIs and dashboards across the organization.
2. Drive KPI alignment implementation across regions and ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance of KPIs.
3. Continuously assess and refine KPIs to meet evolving business needs.
4. Drive analysis, tracking, and optimization of logistics costs through robust cost breakdown methodologies.
5. Identify cost-saving opportunities and embed financial efficiency within Supply Chain initiatives.
6. Develop and improve analytical models to enable data-driven decision-making throughout the Supply Chain.
7. Leverage data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to optimize performance monitoring processes.
8. Implement and execute a comprehensive roadmap for leveraging data to enhance Supply Chain performance.
9. Support the Global Supply Chain team on projects related to data analytics and performance improvement.
10. Promote a data-driven culture within business teams in alignment with data governance and strategy.
11. Explore and implement AI-based solutions to optimize Supply Chain processes.

1. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Supply Chain management, analytics, and project management in multicultural environments.
2. Strong proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, especially Power BI.
3. Experience in data governance with high standards of data quality.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with effective communication skills.
5. Knowledge of AI applications in Supply Chain is an asset.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
7. Business results-driven mindset.
8. Very good level of English with international experience recommended.
