Sephora Global International Business Controller

- Ensure the accuracy of Sephora’s financial statements and compliance with Sephora and LVMH processes.
- Define, manage, and communicate timelines and instructions for budget cycles across all regions.
- Guarantee the quality and relevance of information submitted in the LVMH consolidation tool for all reporting phases.
- Establish and maintain robust financial reporting frameworks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of management reports and performance dashboards.
- Develop financial analysis of the profitability of the Sephora Group and synthesize performance across all regions.
- Collaborate with regional controlling teams during monthly closings and budget phases.
- Propose new reports and analysis to support CFO and Sephora leadership team decisions.
- Build a robust framework for controlling costs and commitments, presenting precise summaries on Sephora's P&L costs.
- Develop benchmarks and productivity analysis within different countries, identifying best practices and sharing them.
- Track regional CAPEX commitments and lead the validation process of store and digital investment projects.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Finance and Management Control.
- Experience as a business partner with operational teams.
- Experience in beauty and/or retail is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in English.
