Sephora Global Ethics & Compliance Officer

- Administer the ethical alert line and manage ethical alerts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare statistics, define action plans, and implement remediation measures for ethical alerts.
- Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance teams for local investigations and with audit and HR teams globally.
- Conduct investigations under the supervision of the Global Ethics and Compliance Director and supervise external investigators.
- Administer Gifts & Invitations and Conflict of Interest tools, and supervise related reporting and communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with LVMH Ethics & Compliance teams and participate in working groups on E&C priorities.
- Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in Ethics and Compliance (Master 2).
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance and ethics management.
- Strong understanding of compliance and ethical standards.
- Excellent investigative and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in managing compliance tools and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance and ethics management.
Master’s degree in Law, specializing in Ethics and Compliance.
