Sephora Global Ethics & Compliance Officer

1. Administer the ethical alert line and manage ethical alerts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
2. Prepare statistics, define action plans, and implement remediation measures for ethical alerts.
3. Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance teams for local investigations and with audit and HR teams globally.
4. Conduct investigations under the supervision of the Global Ethics and Compliance Director and supervise external investigators.
5. Administer Gifts & Invitations and Conflict of Interest tools, and supervise related reporting and communication campaigns.
6. Collaborate with LVMH Ethics & Compliance teams and participate in working groups on E&C priorities.

1. Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in Ethics and Compliance (Master 2).
2. At least 5 years of experience in compliance and ethics management.

2. Excellent investigative and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in managing compliance tools and systems.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance and ethics management.

Master’s degree in Law, specializing in Ethics and Compliance.
