- Co-create the annual brand marketing plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to brainstorm, set priorities, and allocate resources.
- Present marketing plans to senior leadership and secure necessary funding.
- Develop and implement global brand strategies to drive growth in key markets.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Coordinate regional alignment with global marketing priorities.
- Serve as a liaison for regional brand marketing teams, ensuring cultural relevance.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between global and regional teams.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing or merchandising, preferably in brand management or trade marketing.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of global markets and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
