Sephora Global Brand Marketing Manager

- Co-create the annual brand marketing plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resource allocation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with brands and internal teams to brainstorm and set priorities.
- Present the marketing plan to senior leadership for approval and secure necessary funding.
- Develop and execute comprehensive global brand strategies that align with business objectives.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all regions.
- Plan and develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and in-store channels.
- Guide regional teams in implementing key global projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in Sephora's priority launches and ensure alignment with global differentiation strategies.
- Collaborate with brands to deliver high-quality assets and plan regional execution.
- Manage campaign budgets and track KPIs to measure success and optimize performance.
- Serve as the point of contact for regional brand marketing teams, providing guidance and support.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between global and regional marketing teams.
- 7+ years of marketing or merchandising experience, preferably in brand management or trade marketing in intercultural environments.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of global markets, consumer behavior, and brand management principles.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
