1. Lead, coach, and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and create memorable fragrance experiences.
2. Provide ongoing training in product knowledge, selling skills, and personalized consultations.
3. Conduct performance check-ins, set clear goals, and support individual development plans.
4. Stay ahead of fragrance trends and innovations to guide customers and inspire the team.
5. Lead the team to exceed sales targets through expert consultations and relationship building.
6. Resolve customer enquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Oversee fragrance operations, including inventory accuracy and visual standards.
8. Collaborate with store leadership to deliver engaging promotional moments and brand activations.
9. Manage Employee Relations processes, including attendance and performance conversations.
10. Drive operational compliance across loss prevention, health and safety, and Sephora standards.

1. Proven retail leadership experience with strong coaching and team development skills.
2. Deep understanding of fragrance trends and personalized consultation techniques.
3. Commercial mindset with experience driving sales performance and delivering KPIs.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience.
