- Lead, coach, and inspire Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional service and create memorable fragrance experiences.
- Provide ongoing training in product knowledge, selling skills, and personalized consultations.

- Drive operational compliance across loss prevention, health and safety, and Sephora standards.
- Proven retail leadership experience with strong coaching and team development skills.
- Deep understanding of fragrance trends and personalized consultation techniques.
- Commercial mindset with experience driving sales performance and delivering KPIs.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience.
