- Enhance client experience by welcoming, listening, and exceeding client expectations using digital tools.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing personalized fragrance consultations.
- Introduce and promote complimentary services to elevate client purchases.
- Assist and guide clients on product selection and techniques, while supporting team training.
- Communicate with store management on training opportunities and provide feedback on fragrance tours/events.
- Apply Sephora's selling techniques to maximize client purchases and achieve sales KPIs.
- Support store operations, including merchandising and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Minimize stock loss and communicate tester requirements to management regularly.
- Minimum 3 years of proven successful sales and service experience in a similar role.
- Experience as a Beauty Consultant at Sephora is preferred.
- Strong selling techniques and excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication and ability to train and coach others.
- Punctuality and innovative thinking.
