Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through effective team management.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
