1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through effective team management.
3. Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
4. Facilitate open communication and provide constructive feedback to team members.
5. Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team concerns in a dynamic environment.
6. Oversee various store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
2. Availability for a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
2. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
3. Excellent client service and experiential retail expertise.
4. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
5. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
