Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through effective team management.
- Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team concerns in a dynamic environment.
- Oversee various store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Availability for a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail expertise.
- Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
