1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Utilize data to make informed operational decisions.
4. Facilitate effective communication and feedback within the team.
5. Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member concerns.
6. Oversee store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
2. Availability for a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data reporting.
3. Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
4. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.

A minimum of 3 years in retail management, with expertise in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
