1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
3. Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize and analyze reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
5. Maintain open communication with the team, providing effective feedback and consistent updates.
6. Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Engage with all product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, while managing sales, operations, and back-of-house functions.

1. Previous retail management experience with a focus on profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.

4. Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
