Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
- Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and analyze reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
- Maintain open communication with the team, providing effective feedback and consistent updates.
- Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
- Engage with all product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, while managing sales, operations, and back-of-house functions.
- Previous retail management experience with a focus on profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Leadership and motivational skills to inspire and develop store team members.
- Strong client service orientation with a passion for experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive store culture through feedback and career development initiatives.
- Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
