Sephora Floor Manager (Fixed-term, Indooroopilly)

- Act as a visible role model on the sales floor, delivering Sephora’s signature experiential customer service and embodying the brand DNA.
- Lead and develop the store team through coaching, regular feedback and targeted training to uplift capability and drive sales performance.
- Drive a high-performance selling culture to meet and exceed KPIs, including sales targets, conversion and average transaction value.
- Analyse and interpret daily reporting to inform operational and merchandising decisions alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) when required, making confident decisions for client and cast member matters in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Manage back-of-house operations including stock control, visual merchandising standards and assist with sales forecasting and P&L accountability.
- Support omnichannel category coverage across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness while ensuring consistent client experiences.
- Minimum three years’ retail management experience with responsibility for people leadership, P&L or budgetary elements and KPI delivery.
- Proven experience in sales forecasting, stock control and visual merchandising within a high-volume retail environment.
- Demonstrated coaching and development skills with experience improving team performance through feedback and training.
- Availability to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays; eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident).

Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in beauty or high-end retail, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets and managing people, stock and in-store operations.
Certificate IV in Retail, Business or related field preferred; tertiary qualifications in business or commerce are advantageous.
