Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and role-model the Sephora client experience on the sales floor, embodying the brand’s DNA and service standards.
- Drive sales performance and KPI attainment through coaching, active selling, merchandising and promotional execution.
- Coach, develop and appraise store team members to raise capability, retention and succession readiness.
- Interpret sales and operational reporting to inform daily decisions and collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager on forecasting and P&L matters.
- Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) when rostered, making confident operational and customer-facing decisions.
- Oversee stock control, visual merchandising and back-of-house operations to ensure store readiness across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness categories.
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication with the management team and provide timely feedback to staff.
- Minimum three years’ retail management experience with responsibility for people management, sales forecasting and P&L or budget stewardship.
- Demonstrated experience in stock control, visual merchandising and driving retail KPI outcomes.
- Strong capability in coaching, performance management and talent development.
- Availability to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays to meet store trading requirements.
- Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
