1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
3. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
4. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
5. Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters in a fast-paced environment.

1. Previous retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Ability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
