1. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring the integration and consistency of financial data across departments.
2. Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. planned), identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
3. Monitor financial and operational KPIs to support managerial decisions.
4. Develop robust financial models to support strategic decisions, new projects, investments, and scenario simulations.
5. Act as a strategic business partner, translating financial information into clear, actionable recommendations.
6. Facilitate alignment between operational areas and the company's financial objectives.
7. Prepare management reports and executive presentations.
8. Lead and develop the FP&A team, ensuring effective team management and consistent, collaborative deliverables.
9. Automate and optimize planning, analysis, and reporting processes, implementing best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2. Advanced proficiency in English.
3. Solid knowledge of corporate finance, balance sheet analysis, financial statements, and accounting.
4. Ability to identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Experience in leading financial projects, setting goals, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments.
