Sephora Financial Planning Coordinator

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring the integration and consistency of financial data across departments.
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. planned), identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs to support managerial decisions.
- Develop robust financial models to support strategic decisions, new projects, investments, and scenario simulations.
- Act as a strategic business partner, translating financial information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate alignment between operational areas and the company's financial objectives.
- Prepare management reports and executive presentations.
- Lead and develop the FP&A team, ensuring effective team management and consistent, collaborative deliverables.
- Automate and optimize planning, analysis, and reporting processes, implementing best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Solid knowledge of corporate finance, balance sheet analysis, financial statements, and accounting.
- Ability to identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience in leading financial projects, setting goals, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extensive experience in finance and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance-focused tools/systems.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and strategic planning roles.
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
