Sephora Finance Control Assistant Intern

1. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting for Sephora Europe's retail and web activities across 14 countries.
2. Manage monthly activity closures, including preparation of working files, consolidation of financial data, variance analysis, and commentary.
3. Support the finance team in forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring data consistency and providing variance analysis.
4. Create materials for monthly business finance presentations and executive committee meetings.
5. Assist the finance team with ad-hoc analyses to enhance understanding of business activities, including investment portfolio tracking, new launch performance, product margin analysis, and CAPEX spending.

1. Enrollment in a business school program (Master's level).
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Previous internship experience in financial control or audit.

1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
2. Interest in retail and/or cosmetics industry.
3. Ability to work in an international environment.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A first professional experience in a similar role, such as financial control or audit, is preferred.

Master's degree in Business or related field.
