Sephora Finance Control Assistant Intern

- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting for Sephora Europe's retail and web activities across 14 countries.
- Manage monthly activity closures, including preparation of working files, consolidation of financial data, variance analysis, and commentary.
- Support the finance team in forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring data consistency and providing variance analysis.
- Create materials for monthly business finance presentations and executive committee meetings.
- Assist the finance team with ad-hoc analyses to enhance understanding of business activities, including investment portfolio tracking, new launch performance, product margin analysis, and CAPEX spending.
- Enrollment in a business school program (Master's level).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous internship experience in financial control or audit.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in retail and/or cosmetics industry.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A first professional experience in a similar role, such as financial control or audit, is preferred.
Master's degree in Business or related field.
