Sephora Executive Project Manager for Architecture & Expansion

- Ensure the visual identity of stores aligns with regional standards and develop the store design game plan.
- Plan and organize the execution calendar for store constructions, updates, and maintenance over a one-year horizon.
- Manage CapEx and OpEx budgets in alignment with annual fiscal goals.
- Prospect, negotiate, and approve commercial spaces for new store openings in Brazil, aligned with the Group's expansion strategy.
- Oversee existing store lease contracts and ensure timely renewals.
- Lead the project, maintenance, and store prospecting teams.
- Manage suppliers and timelines to ensure new stores open as scheduled.
- Adapt store layouts for new brand arrivals, ensuring proper implementation.
- Develop prototypes and approve local store furniture suppliers.
- Oversee layout and execution of corporate office projects, including renovations and improvements.
- Lead the prospecting team in negotiating new commercial points, preparing and approving business plans for LVMH global, and managing contractual approvals with the legal department.
- Maintain an updated store expansion map in Brazil with a minimum three-year opening calendar.
- Negotiate with shopping centers for store renovations and temporary space rentals for storage during construction.
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English
- Practical experience in architecture project activities
- Technical project management experience with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in schedule, budget, and execution plan development
- Knowledge of construction norms, regulations, and urban legislation
- Experience in construction supervision and inspection
