Sephora Executive Assistant

- Organize and coordinate departmental events, including the annual Managers Convention and network seminars, managing venue selection, budget, and collaboration with agencies and internal departments.
- Manage the Commercial Director's schedule and travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally, ensuring budget compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Commercial Department and other departments, filtering and prioritizing requests to optimize the Director's time and departmental efficiency.
- Prepare and audit departmental expense reports in accordance with internal policies using the company's internal tools.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new department members, including IT equipment requests and office setup.
- Proactively support the Commercial Director and department with daily operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive assistance.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
